Last October 11th, La Mojigata made an experiential talk in the Mini Hub space sponsored by Mini España with which she wanted to bring the future of food closer and how it affects our relationship with her to that future.

 

In addition to the talk, with La Mojigata we created 4 interactive installations with which we tried to reflect on the lack of knowledge about the origin or composition of the food we can buy in the supermarket, about how our decisions affect our environment when buying and consuming, about the lack of transparency of the food production system and, finally, the appearance of new foods that will transform our diet and create new traditions and identities.
